We may also conduct a phone call with you and direct you to our website, from which you can fill out the contact us web form. During a phone call, you may also ask us to text you using SMS messaging, where we will give you our website address.

In order to comply with insurance regulations and to successfully conduct business with you, we collect your name, phone number, and email address. Additionally, we will need to discuss your goals, timeline, and ask advanced questions about your situation to place you in the appropriate insurance strategy, which may include insurance products.

We acquire this data by requesting it from you verbally, and you may also include that information here on our website. You may also provide information to us through SMS text.

If we work together to complete a Medicare enrollment, a “scope of appointment” form may be required, which includes your contact information.

The information you provide will be used to find the best fit for insurance products and strategy to fulfill your insurance needs.

How do we protect your data:

Keeping your information secure is important to us. We protect the data on this website with strong usernames and passwords. Also, we protect your data with strong physical security.

Sharing information with third parties:

Consent to SMS, and phone numbers will not be shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

If we do place business with an insurance company (third party), that insurance company will have its own privacy policy and practices, please refer the insurance company’s privacy policy.

If you decide to place insurance through our services, your information will be used to complete an application for insurance. As such, your information will be shared with the insurance company, which is a third party.

If you place Medicare business with us, your information is also share with a third party, (the regulator, Center for Medicare and Medicaid) for the purpose of ensuring your eligibility for the Medicare program.

This notice does not apply to, nor are we responsible for the privacy, information, or other practices of the third parties described above.

How long do we retain your personal information:

If we collect a scope of appointment form, we are required by the regulator to maintain that form for 10 years.

Unless directed by you to delete the information, we will not delete the information stored on the non-web-based computer systems. We do this to protect the firm.

Deletion of your personal data:

If you no longer use our services, you can contact us to delete your information, and you can update your data at any time by reaching out to us with a phone call. However, the Center for Medicare and Medicaid (CMS, the “regulator”), requires that certain data is maintained by the company for 10 years. The type of information that is required to be stored is not shared with any organization unless the regulator requires an investigation into the transaction.

If you also want the insurance company to delete your information, you will need to reach out to them separately. The contact information for the insurance company you conduct business with will be communicated to you directly by the insurance company.

How can you get access to the information we have for you:

If you would like full access to the information that we keep on you for the purposes of conducting business, you can request that by calling us on the phone.

When you text the office (SMS), the content of that message is not shared with any third party for the purpose of marketing. The content of the SMS is only used for further communication with you and to aid in the placement, maintenance, or updating the insurance strategy of any insurance product that you have purchased through our office.
